Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
