Yes! You can choose your cup size, glitter colors, flow style, decal design, and name or wording. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order.

What is your processing time?
Processing time is 1–3 business days. Custom orders may take slightly longer depending on design complexity.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because all items are custom made, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

How should I care for my tumbler?
Hand wash only. Do not microwave or place in dishwasher.
